What a great way to start off the New Year! Ravishing Radish was recently voted by local brides as "The Knot Best of Weddings 2012 Pick". Thank you for all those who voted for us, we loved creating beautiful events with each and every one of you in 2011, and can't wait for all the new and exciting events 2012 is gonna bring!
This past weekend the Radishes participated in a gorgeous wedding reception that featured a bride after our own heart. Bekah & Matt's reception at Pravda studios was filled with a menu with a Southern twist, vintage decor, festive umbrellas, and delicious Frost doughnuts! We Radishes loved her (& her theme) so much, we brought our own decorations to match!
Ravishing Radish is thrilled to announce our addition to Melrose Market Studios' preferred caterers list!
It is a beautiful venue tucked cozily on the west side of capitol hill, it's just a few blocks from downtown Seattle, and resides in the historical building of Melrose Market. We're so looking forward to creating many festivites at this exciting & unique venue!
Vendors who work together must eventually think alike! At our fall tasting, our vendors inadvertently helped create a lounge scene here at the Yacht Club. Lola, our floral designer, set the scene by providing a beautiful chandelier paired with our in-house couches. Bamboo beats provided mood lighting, not to mention the instrumentals. Other favorite vendors included Baked and Jeremy Leffel Photography.
This week us Radishes celebrated our very own event producer, Heather's, upcoming marriage with a bridal shower at Ravish! Lisbet & Vickie handcrafted bridal gifts, candles,etc., everything to personalized nametags!
The yacht club at Lake Union welcomed over 200 guests and 20+ vendors on Wednesday for the Craft: Beer + Food event, which involved 11 local breweries and 11 upscale restaurants. Restaurants in attendance included our very own Ravish on Eastlake, Quinn's, Ray's Boathouse, re:public, the Triple door, etc.

Lola Floral created a beautiful floral 'chandelier', to match an in-house fall fruit arrangement. Audra's Cakes brought delicious cupcakes and truffles and AA Rentals provided us with elegant china plates & stemware to top off our display table.

When Lisbet stumbled upon Hilary's mesmerizing postcards at her neighborhood BlackBird Bakery on Bainbridge Island, she knew immediately that she had to work with her! Our busy day was filled with food styling by Lisbet & Vickie & lots of laughter (& luckily some delicious leftovers too)!

This month, on 09.28, Ravish on Eastlake is pairing up with Seattle Magazine and Washington Beer Blog to put on 'Craft Beer + Food' at the Yacht Club on Lake Union!
Each local brewery is paired with a restaurant to create an unique dining experience. Ravish's Chef Kelly is making Indian Fry bread 'tacos' with Northwest Smoked Salmon and spicy blackberry sauce, to be paired with beer from Port Townsend Brewing Company.
