It’s a tough job… but someone’s gotta do it! Chef JoAnna Cruz and owner Lisbet were recently tasked by the NW Cider Association to create a cider-paired dinner using local cideries such as E.Z. Orchards, Eaglemount, Tieton, Alpenfire, and Finnriver to name a few.
